Miami University’s online Master of Science in Nursing (M.S.N.) Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) track expands your clinical expertise and prepares you to deliver patient-centered care across the lifespan. Designed for both new and experienced nurses, this program combines flexible online coursework with in-person clinical experiences so you can continue working while advancing your education. Coursework covers advanced assessment, diagnosis, and treatment while developing strong clinical decision-making skills. Hands-on learning is a key part of the program, which includes an on-campus skills workshop where you practice procedures and diagnostic techniques. Integrated certification preparation, including a partnership with Advanced Practice Education Associates (APEA), helps you feel confident as you prepare for national FNP certification.
